“疫情打亂了我們的日常，我也因此一年多沒回香港，特別想念在港的親友們，
回憶小時候，在中餐館工作的爸爸，經常會煮好一鍋腐竹蘿蔔牛腩煲放冰箱，
讓我放學回家復熱淋飯，是濃鮮甘美的滋味，也是父親的溫暖關愛，至今難以忘懷。
前陣子和爸爸通電話時，問了這道菜的做法，
爸爸叮嚀，腐竹要先炸過再入鍋才能保持口感及扒住湯汁，一定要加柱侯醬和紅糟豆腐乳調味，滷包也照爸爸配方調製。
